The Rotterdam Airport Seminar utilized a "think-tank" method to develop strategies for the re-development of the Rotterdam Airport. To fully understand the logistics and politics involved with airport facilities, several groups were assigned various airports in the greater Los Angeles area.

This strategy was my proposal for the Rotterdam Airport.
