It's funny, my work and my life are adapting more and more concepts of purism with every passing day. I make no apologies for paint splatters from my can of paint onto the canvas for there is beauty in the entire process of creation- if nothing is an accident... and I am at the helm of the work... then whether it is obviously intentional or subconsciously intentional- it is still part of the process of creation. Beauty is not controllable. Reality is gorgeous.
